We ended the meeting with a door prize
drawing. Jeff Thelen won the drawing and chose
the Student Survival Pack software.
I would like to close this set of minutes on a
personal note. As some of you may be aware,
the long time editor of the BGG, Charles "Chuck"
Abrath, passed away in late August. Chuck was
a huge asset to the club, putting a lot of
enthusiastic work into the Blue Goose Gazette
every month. In addition, Chuck was a friendly
and accessible face at almost every meeting.
I'm certain that I speak for many club members
when I say we'll miss Chuck's contributions, but
even more, we'll miss Chuck himself. Our
thoughts and prayers are with his family.
